Clarins Pure Melt cleansing gel - review
How to use:
- Apply with the fingertips on dry skin and massage in gently for a few seconds with circular motions.
- Emulsify with water and rub into skin
- Remove with a face cloth and warm water
Clarins consists of a marula oil melting gel which transforms from an ultra-fine oil, to a smooth milky emulsion to remove make-up or to cleanse your face. The texture change suits all skin types (even the most sensitive) leaving it feeling perfectly clean and revitalised. It’s very soothing to apply, including the eye area and removes even the most stubborn mascara. I've searched the market and I honestly don’t think I'll need to change again, it’s the best product I have ever used for this purpose and a little goes a long way. I suffer from an oily nose and dry skin, but this leaves my face feeling soft and clean. The smell is so divine - it feels like a mini face mask when it is applied.
I was initially a little skeptical about an oil based product, but now I think I could recommend it to any skin, dry, normal, combination & oily. I usually stock up in the airport, when it’s only €18.40 in Duty Free. I think it retails at €23 for the Irish market, which is unbelievable for what you get. It’s pretty affordable and worth every cent.
I'd give this product a 5 star rating. It's something I could honestly recommend to all skin types. It's very accessible, and lasts for a good few months. From the texture to the scent to the results - it's a must-have product for me and I don't think I could live without it. Hope you found this post helpful. Enjoy the read!
